By accessing and purchasing from 3dwave.us ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access our services.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION

We provide digital 3D model files ("Products") for CNC machining in STL format. All Products are:

  • Digital downloads only

  • Provided as-is with descriptions

  • For personal or commercial use as specified per product

3. ORDERING AND LICENSE

A. Order Process:

  1. Select Product and add to cart

  2. Complete checkout with valid payment

  3. Receive instant download access

  4. Download files within 24 hours (links expire)

B. License Types:

  • Personal License: For individual, non-commercial use

  • Commercial License: For business use, resale of physical products

  • License type specified on each product page

C. What You MAY Do:

  • Download and use files for intended purpose

  • Modify files for your projects

  • Create physical objects from files

  • Use commercially if Commercial License purchased

D. What You MAY NOT Do:

  • Resell or redistribute digital files

  • Share download links with others

  • Use files for illegal purposes

  • Claim authorship of original designs

4. PAYMENT AND PRICING

  • Prices in USD

  • Payment processed securely through Shopify Payments

  • All sales final for digital products

  • Taxes calculated at checkout

5. REFUND POLICY - DIGITAL PRODUCTS

NO REFUNDS FOR:

  • Downloaded files

  • Change of mind

  • Incompatibility with your software

  • Not checking product specifications

SUPPORT PROVIDED FOR:

  • Corrupted or unreadable files

  • Missing download links

  • Technical issues with our site

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • We retain copyright on all 3D model designs

  • You receive license to use files, not ownership

  • Physical objects created from files are your property

  • No transfer of intellectual property rights

7. USER ACCOUNTS

  • You are responsible for account security

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

  • We may terminate accounts violating terms

  • You must provide accurate information

8. DISCLAIMERS

A. Product Suitability:

Files are designed for CNC machines. We are not responsible for:

  • Machine compatibility issues

  • Material selection problems

  • Tooling or setup challenges

  • Results from machining process

B. Technical Requirements:

  • Basic CNC knowledge required

  • CAM software needed for toolpath generation

  • Computer meeting minimum specifications

C. Limitation of Liability:

Maximum liability limited to purchase price. Not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Business losses

  • Personal injury or property damage

9. PROHIBITED USES

For Commercial License:

  • Resale of physical products allowed

  • Multiple users within organization

  • No limit on production quantity
