Refund: 100% within 3-5 business days
AFTER DOWNLOAD:
❌ CANNOT BE CANCELLED:
- Files already downloaded
- Change of mind
- Software incompatibility
- "Didn't like the design"
- Found similar product cheaper
Reason: Digital products cannot be "returned"
Exception: Corrupted files (see below)
